Services
All services are facilitated by Jo McMeechan on behalf of Therapy Toolkit HQ ltd trading as SENStory Training and Consultancy Services. The services provided under these terms of business relate to The Inclusive Business Mark programme, during which you will be provided with:
- a) An online library area
- b) 3 core modules that will also be available to your whole team via a Facebook group.
- c) 4 modules that are only available to you as Director.
- d) Webinars delivered by guest experts only available to you as Director.
- e) An implementation day which will be held in person at a privately hired venue. This will be a group event for all Directors taking the programme. The location and date for this will be confirmed once the programme starts.
All services are performed by Jo McMeechan, with the exception of webinars led by selected guest experts. Administrative services may be outsourced.
The Inclusive Business Mark will only be awarded to you, for use by your business, upon full completion of the programme content and meeting of the threshold criteria for certification which are available on the website. These are assessed and agreed at the discretion of Jo McMeechan, where appropriate, with the support of guest experts in their field and such the completion of the modules does not constitute automatic awarding of the mark.
Fees and Payment Terms
Payment in full is taken at the time of booking unless you have elected to pay in installments, in which case the first installment will be taken at the time of booking and subsequent payments will be taken monthly on the same date. If payment fails for subsequent installments access to course materials will cease until payment is received. If payment is not received within 14 days your account will be closed and no further access to the programme will be made available. You will not receive your certification mark until all installments have been received.
Refunds and Cancellation
As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing the course you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.

Intellectual Property
You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with Jo McMeechan and Therapy Toolkit HQ Ltd. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.
We retain all copyright for all course materials and webinars. Permission to use specified templates from the ‘All The Templates’ module in your own business will be granted and you will be notified where this is the case.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about the course please do share it with us. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. We really hope that you love this course as much as we do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to [email protected]
Communications
Communication will be via email, the online library or zoom unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure and we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses. Our usual business hours are 9.00am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to. Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for our business, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.
Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data. Our privacy policy is available upon request.
Confidentiality and Retention of Information
Communications between us are confidential. We will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business save for in circumstances as required by law or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant. Documents and information in relation to your matters will only be held for one year from the end of the programme.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific results. There will not be any liability to you for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Third Party Rights
No person other than the person provided with a copy of these Terms of Business shall be deemed to have the benefit of the services, or have any rights to enforce or rely on any of the terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Business are our standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be
construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.
